As a fruitful harvest of my seven years work experience in music teaching, my analytical and organisational skills have refined and shaped my adaptability. I devise curriculums for each student in order to achieve their goals. From understanding their personalities and learning abilities, choosing and designing learning materials, adjusting the lesson pace according to their progresses to exam and auditions preparation, all of these responsibilities have given me valuable experience in planning and operating effectively to reach the targets.
